1.	Which employees must obtain professional growth hours?
	Teachers, Librarians, Counselors, Instructional Specialist, Coordinators, Diagnosticians, and Administrators. Instructional Aides are optional.
2.	Is there a negative consequence if I do not get the hours?
	While it is strongly recommended that all employees take advantage of the opportunity, there is no negative consequence if you do not.
3.	If I got hours this summer will they count?
	You can obtain recommended and enrichment hours for this summer, but not essential hours. However, the hours you are credited with must fit the criteria in order to be counted. In future summers, essential hours will also be available.
